We work for various parties who want to develop, realise or manage housing. We answer specific technical questions or take care of the complete development. And of course, everything in between. We work formunicipalities, property developers, housing association or investors.
Consider, for example, a municipality that wants to redevelop a part of the city center or a housing association that wants to make its entire portfolio more sustainable. We can act as project manager to ensure that a number of neighbourhoods become natural gas-free. We then work together with consultants in the field of sustainability, draw up a development plan in which we think about the construction, technical design and what the consequences are for the existing buildings. We can take care of this entire process.
First, conducting a feasibility study can also be useful. What would a large-scale development or redevelopment mean at the location you have in mind? We look together at the costs and revenues and map out whether this is a feasible process.
